Give the Glennie IT team a call and we can assist you by remoting into your computer. To do the remote session, you are required to download a program called TeamViewer Quicksupport.

Once installed and opened, a staff member will instruct you to read out your Unique ID and password so we can remote into your device for assistance.
Please note, this service is only available during office hours and must be done in real time with a staff member.
